In all projects developed by plads studio, we offer both options, with no difference in price. However, for products delivered assembled, the assembly manual will not be sent, but an information leaflet to assist in the event of disassembly.

The production period is divided into two, the first for digital development and the second for purchasing parts and preparing each model for delivery, varying according to the complexity and quantity of each project. For more details check out our Shipping Policy page.

We are specialized in capturing the smallest details respecting the limitations of LEGO® pieces, but if it is not possible to accomplish with blocks, we offer our customers the possibility of custom engravings on flat pieces.  Whether to make a detail on the face, replicate a car license plate, or even engrave your company logo.

We offer fixed prices for People, Pets and Cars models. However, for special models, a previous analysis of the desired object will be necessary considering the size and complexity of the design to be developed. For more information, check out our Page  of Products .

As our models are made especially for each person, we only ship after prior approval from the customer and therefore we do not accept exchanges for other models. However, in the event of any manufacturing defect or loss of parts during assembly, we will be available to make replacements free of charge.

As our raw materials are from the LEGO® Group of companies, which have no commercial relationship with plads studio,  we are not responsible for variations in the color, shape or quality of the parts, and may accept replacements in case of requests for  customers. In the case of parts engraved by plads studio, we offer a 1-year warranty for fading, starting from the time of purchase.
